Who we are
inc.10mb.com is the Datasheet Tracker demonstration site, operated by 10MB.com in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at tracker@inc.10mb.com.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you request tracker access or write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Tracker accounts. If we create a tracker login for you, we store the username and email address for that login.
- Demo data. Anything you enter in the tracker is stored on the site until the nightly reset. The demo project is fictional. Please do not enter real, personal or confidential information.
- Technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies
The public pages do not use advertising cookies or trackers. When you log in to the tracker, WordPress sets cookies that keep you signed in and protect the session. They are needed for the login to work. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and decide on access requests.
- To run, secure and fix the site and the tracker.
- To understand how the demo is used, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only us, and the service providers who help run the site, such as our web host and email provider. They handle information only to provide those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Demo data is cleared every night at 3:00 am Pacific. Emails and account details are kept only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us at tracker@inc.10mb.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also block cookies in your browser, though the tracker login will not work without them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
